Coleshill Infrastructure Works

Fitzgerald have successfully completed the design and construction of a new 1.2km access road and associated infrastructure at Coleshill. The new access road, built for IM Properties (one of the UK’s largest privately-owned investor developers), creates entrances for two new tourist attractions – an inland surf lagoon and a development which will become a 51m high Christian monument named ‘The Eternal Wall of Answered Prayer’.

Following a 6-week design development stage (where we worked closely with our design partner Stantec), work commenced on site in July 2022 and finished in February 2023.
