Customer Care Results 2016-17
Fitzgerald Contractors Managing Director Nick Coley provides a statement on our 2016 Customer Care results:
‘As a business we recognise the service we provide to our clients is essential to our success and that we must continue to meet and exceed our clients expectations.
To ensure we can continually improve the service we offer the feedback we receive from our clients is vital. Our customer care surveys are completed on all projects and are compiled through online surveys and one-to-one interviews, with clients, engineers, project managers, quantity surveyors and other stakeholders.
As a business we are immensely proud of our 2016 results, where for the fourth year running 100% of those surveyed confirmed that they would be happy to work with Fitzgerald Contractors in the future. Our forecast for the current financial year is for record results, with over 80% of turnover generated through existing clients, this is testament to the level of service we provide, and I would like to thank all our staff for their continued efforts and focus on providing excellent customer service’.
