Infrastructure Scheme Contract Award for Fitzgerald at Coleshill

Fitzgerald have been awarded a £3.8m design and build contract by IM Properties at Coleshill near Birmingham to construct 1.2km of access road and associated infrastructure.

The scheme involves creating entrances for a new inland surf lagoon and a further development which will become a 51m high Christian monument named ‘The Eternal Wall of Answered Prayer’.

Following the successful completion of a 6-week design development stage with Stantec, works commenced on-site in early July and will be delivered over a 32-week contract period completing in early 2023.
