MIRA

Fitzgerald Contractors are delighted to have been appointed to deliver the contract to construct a new infrastructure scheme at MIRA Technology Park, Nuneaton. The £4.5m award is our second with MIRA Technology Park following the first phase of Infrastructure delivered in 2016. The design and construct contract involves extensive drainage and earth works, and associated infrastructure to create a new interchange for the future gatehouse.

The award follows an intense period of Early Contractor Involvement, where we worked closely with the Client and Professional Team to ensure a final scheme that could be delivered within the budget constraints, whilst fully achieving the Clients’ aspirations.
