MIRA LIF2 Interchange Works

MIRA LIF2 Interchange Works: We’re delighted to announce the successful completion of our latest construction works at MIRA Technology Park in Nuneaton.

The £4.5m project has seen the creation of state-of-the-art road infrastructure and a new security interchange, paving the way for further development at the Technology Park including new research and customer facilities. The scheme has increased vehicle capacity, streamlined deliveries, and enhanced the overall visitor experience at MIRA, the leading global location for sustainable mobility innovation. The works were meticulously planned and phased in conjunction with MIRA to maintain access arrangements and the operational capacity of the facility.

The project – completed on time and on budget in July 2024 – was a great experience and built on our collaborative and long-standing relationship with MIRA following our previous work in 2016 to upgrade the existing site access and provide a new spine road.
