Shepshed Public Realm

Following a period of Early Contractor Involvement through a pre-construction services agreement we are delighted to have been awarded the contract to deliver public realm improvement works in Shepshed for Charnwood Borough Council.

The £1.4m scheme is primarily focused on an increase of footway and hard standing areas, re-provision of parking spaces and soft landscaping with the aim to provide an improved public space at Shepshed Town Centre. This will bring wider social, economic, and environmental benefits to the area. The award is our second with Charnwood following the successful completion of our public realm scheme at Bedford Square, Loughborough.
