SmartParc, Spondon, Derby

Having recently completed a c.£2million two location scheme for a new client TSL, called SmartParc, in Spondon (Derby) – we’ve had a look back to the early stages when we began work on what was a brownfield site, to the present day and the amazing difference we’ve made.

Another scheme our delivery team are rightly proud of and a measure of the difference we make to the communities we work in.

The new access and new infrastructure, including service connections, forms part of a fantastic new development. The flagship site for our client will be home to the first low-carbon food manufacturing community.
