Take a look at our Gallows Hill scheme!

We are delighted to have completed the S278 scheme for the new housing development at Gallows Hill between Leamington Spa and Warwick. The £4.4m scheme for Warwickshire County Council (WCC) was completed in April following 67 weeks of construction.

The works involved widening the existing carriageway, and improvements to the utility networks, including the installation of new supplies and services to both housing developments either side of Gallows Hill. We provided a new signalised crossroads with dedicated turning lanes for the main access to the new developments and new footways / cycleways to improve accessibility and safety for cyclists and pedestrians. Our relocation of a historical trig point has made it available and accessible for educational purposes with local school children already making visits.

The works continued our collaborative relationship with WCC that has seen us deliver five contracts, worth £9.6m, for the new Gallows Hill development, helping to enable the provision of accessible, high quality housing choice for the local community.
